Plastic Comb Ring/Double Wire Binding

Purpose：

‧Wire & Comb Punching and Closing

Distinguishing：
‧With both 2:1 and comb punching dies onboard,
   this smart binder allows you to bind both wire
   rings and comb rings on the one machine without
   changing punching dies!

The efficiency of the four-handle design – the
   first handle allows you to punch the 24 rectangle
   holes (for comb ring punching). The second
   handle allows you to punch the 40 square holes
   (for wire ring punching). The third and the forth
   handles allow you to close wire rings and finish
   comb rings binding easily.
